How customisation works
Your Time Capsule is supplied as a plug-and-go framework. We pack and send the physical capsule, magnetic frame system, label holders, dividers and paper stock. The artwork, photos, wording and label categories are created by you.
The magnetic frame and label system is designed so you can print your own artwork at home, at work, or through a local print shop. Most customers use the supplied paper stock, but you can use any paper or card that suits your design and printer.
- Use the words and symbols editor to create a clean front plaque layout.
- Use the photo editor if you want the Time Capsule cover to feature a favourite photo.
- Use the AI artwork prompt tool if you want to create a custom artwork concept first.
- Use the internal label editor to create category or legacy year labels for the magnetic holders.
Important: We do not customise, print, check or approve your artwork. The builders are assistant tools only. You are responsible for creating, printing and placing your own artwork and labels into the product.
Choose the right opening timeframe
A Time Capsule works best when the opening date has a clear reason. Sometimes that is the next gathering. Sometimes it is a bigger future milestone. The aim is to give the messages enough distance to feel meaningful when they are read.

Generate a downloadable A4 PDF label sheet for a repeating Time Capsule legacy system.
With a 2026 start year and a 10 year period, labels generate as 2026 to 2036, 2027 to 2037, 2028 to 2038, and so on.
One label per line. You can delete, add, or manually edit labels before downloading.
Download the PDF, then print at 100% scale. Do not select “fit to page”.
