Question 1 – How long does it take to ship my order?

Answer: As all of our products are personalised by you, we will endeavour to ship your order by the next business day.

Question 2 – Do you post with signature required as default?

Answer: As standard, we offer tracking on all items, but do not require a signature for delivery. Most senders now offer the option of safe delivery on your property if you have a suitable location.

Question 3 – What happens if my order is damaged in the post? What do I do?

Answer: Our products are robust and carefully packed so damages are not common during shipping. However should damage occur, contact us within 7 business days of receiving your product to notify us of the damaged caused and we will happily replace or refund your order.

Question 4 – Do you ship outside of Australia?

Answer: Shipping to other countries can be organised. Please contact us for a freight quote.

Question 5 – Do you accept other payment methods?

Answer: We offer the standard payment options through credit cards and PayPal. If you want to pay via bank transfer please get in touch.
